On a quest to watch all 250 top movies on IMDB, I had to watch Treasure of the Sierra Madre and wasn't disappointed.Bogart, Huston, and Holt all did a fantastic job in their respective roles. Huston is the lovable Howard, who mentors Bogart and Holt in the ways of finding gold in the mountains.
It was nice to see Bogart turn from a down-on-his-luck man into someone who would do anything for a little fortune. The movie showed the positives and negatives of trying to obtain gold and the darker side of human nature when greed gets in the way.
Overall, Treasure of the Sierra Madre is a very enjoyable movie, with humour, action, and adventure all rolled in.
