A good movie with Bogart and other's doing a great job with the potrayal of gold seeking down-and-outers.
Is it me or do they talk especially fast in this movie? Holy Cow!!
The storyline is solid with great characters and the black-and-white film is the only way it can work. It speaks of a time when innocence was automatic and aggression was somewhat surprising; even to oneself.
Not something to watch over-and-over but good fun.
