The Transformers reminded me a lot of Pokémon, the corny lines and the animations that never stayed the same. Like the dino bots that changed in size every time you saw them.
It was kind of saying that you can't give up what you're fighting for because something comes in your way. It reminds you a lot of Star wars with the light sabers, the pit and the huge killer planet.
