Review of The Transformers: The Movie (1986) by Joseph H — 19 Apr 2015
Remember folks, this is the last role Orson Welles played before he died. a GIGANTIC PLANET DESTROYING TRANSFORMER.
In my opinion, better than the Bay movies. There's some bland/campy stuff here and there (how the hell did Weird Al get on the soundtrack?), but come on; it's an hour long Transformers episode, but with awesome animation, 80s laser effects that cause epilepsy, and... The Touch. That, and a Monty Python guy hijacked top billing in the opening credits.
