Review of The Tracey Fragments (2007) by Louis D — 07 Jul 2008
A complete mind fuck. You can't think at all while watching this film, it just needs to be absorbed visually. The way the film is edited makes it special. Had it been edited traditionally it wouldn't be much.
Ellen Page is brilliant as usual. The written description of the film is unattractively simple, but in the end is so much more than just a girl naked under a shower curtain riding a bus looking for her brother, who thinks he's a dog.
If you are an ignorant person then you probably wont like this film. Anyone else would at least find it interesting.
