Review of The Tracey Fragments (2007) by Genevieve B — 27 Aug 2008
A dark and bizarre look at the fragments of a teenaged mind. It was unique and an artistic movie at that, which some people may not get into. The editing was imaginative as the whole storyline is told in sporadic fragments, which are eventually pieced together at the end.
Ellen Page does a great job in this film. Though, the movie felt a little longer than its actual run time and at moments felt lost in what was going on. The multiple screens were a bit trying at times.
Still feel like I missed some symbolisms or ideas presented in the film.
