Review of The Tracey Fragments (2007) by Emma F — 30 Sep 2011
This film just bothered me. There is no real story, it has a concept, of this girl looking for her brother, as well as the concept of her being outcast, but it makes no attempt to connect the two. Nor does it help you view ANY type of reality, not even the twisted one that Ellen Page's character is supposed to inhabit.
Extremely cut up, and somewhat pointless. Even as an art piece I was left feeling nothing. It's only a little over an hour, but it dragged like a 3hr feature film. I'd skip this one.
