I couldn't have been more disappointed by this film, because I was blown away by how good the first movie was. Over half of the film is just mindless, repetitive fight scenes, and terrible car chases.
The other half is made up almost completely of politically incorrect humor aimed at the blind and the Japanese. There's nothing wrong with politically incorrect humor, but it should be used in moderation.
It should be noted though that this is the debut movie of Michael Jai White (aka Black Dynamite) who at one point beats a homeless couple with a loaf of bread!
