The original & best!
Low budget, exploitation flick from Troma studios, where Melvin the mop boy is victim to a prank that ends with him contaminated by toxic waste... he mutates into a creature with a first for revenge! (happy days!!!!).
Surprisingly, it eventually went on to become a kids animated TV show & toy range!!!
