This movie is so over the top and cheesy that it's...hilarious! Classic B movie with a stupid story, terrible acting, car chases, terrible make up, a simple soundtrack...yet it's a cult classic! If you are looking to turn on a movie and laugh at over the top stupidity, Toxic Avenger will deliver. It's just a fun movie to watch. I give it 3 out of 5 stars!
