The Toxic Avenger is a cult classic, it definitely has that there. It's got a ridiculous story, good gore, and some of the worst acting I've ever seen (esp from skinny melvin, bozo and the girls), but I still found the movie pretty entertaining.
There's a lot of ridiculous German nazi references that I couldn't help but laugh at. Recommended if you like cult classics of this type of genre.
