A very gory Troma made Superhero movie about a young nerd named Melvin (Mark Torgi) who is thrown into a vat of toxic chemicals and after being hideously transformed becomes The Toxic Avenger.
Also stars Andree Maranda, Mitchell Cohen, Jennifer Babtist, Cindy Manion, Robert Prichard, Gary Schneider, Dick Martinsen and Chris Liano.
Directed by Michael Herz and Lloyd Kaufman.
