Review of The Town that Dreaded Sundown (2014) by Bill S — 11 Jan 2016
A big budget reboot of the 1976 cult classic horror. I liked this movie, it isn't a complete remake, it references the first movie as if it was actually just a movie. The cinematography is just absolutly wonderful, the acting is great, I'd even says the production was over-polished.
It's also much gorier, with some very grisly images and the deaths scenes are much more creatives. One thing that I didn't like too much though, is that there are a couple of junkcuts in this film.
But still, recommended !!
