Im a huge low budget and cult film fan and this is one of my favorites. If your looking for a movie that makes you scream I'll say this isnt it but thats because this isnt a scary movie its more of a historical film about "The phantom killer" of Texarkana.
If you dont really know anything about cult movies I wouldnt watch this but if you do then or what to then this is a good movie to see.
