The Town captures the audience and quickly throws them into an intense action drama. While the plot may follow a seemingly normal guideline with minor twists, the film still feels emotionally packed and ready.
Cast perfectly, Ben Affleck seemlessly directs the cast. It runs alittle long, but it seems to break the crime genre boundaries. What normally could be an average film with a pretty cliche plot, has been masterfully developed into a tense but smooth film.
