Review of The Town (2010) by Jacob M — 17 Apr 2015
Often we have to suspend disbelief when we watch a movie. Everything about this story is so real and the acting is so perfect that you believe it completely. Add to that the absolute precision of Affleck's direction and it's the best ride at the amusement park.
Match it up against the greatest films of all time and it falls just a tad short because in the end, this is an action film, and the characters are compelling but not binding.
