Review of The Town (2010) by Riley J — 20 Feb 2013
There's really nothing to dislike about the movie. It gives a realistic impression of Boston gangsters and white criminals over all that is rare in the Hollywood scene. You can do little but praise Affleck for his directing.
All around, great movie that brings forth the best in the actors. Really realistic scenery, even the clothing on the characters and the mentality of the people who live in these areas. It is common we forget about them as they are overshaded by black thugs with grills and baggy pants or latinos with bandanas and a-shirts.
