Review of The Towering Inferno (1974) by Warren P — 15 Apr 2009
I am 49 yrs old and I saw this movie when I was 14. And to this day I still have not enjoyed a movie anywhere near as much as I enjoyed this one. It is my favorite movie of all time and I guess it always will be.
Everything about this movie was top notch. The special effects, the all star cast, the story, I mean everything about this movie was spectacular. I remember how much I enjoyed The Poseidon Adventure which was also done by Irwin Allen.
But The Towering Inferno was definitely The Big One.
