Movie: The Towering Inferno: directed by John Guillerman PG (for language and violence) 165 min. .
Studio: 20th Century Fox.
Year: 1974.
Cast: Steve McQueen.
Paul Newman.
William Holden.
Faye Dunaway .
DVD Info: Widescreen, trailer, and cast bio?s. It?s a cheap DVD. .
Plot: The tallest building in the world gets on fire. The people are trap inside. .
My view: This is a pretty good disaster movie. Its goes a bit long and sometimes overdramatic. Paul Newman and Steve McQueen do a pretty good job in this movie. This movie has great special effects for it?s time. This movie and the Postedan Adventure are considered the bench mark for disaster films. **** For the movie and ** for the DVD. I just hope FOX release?s a special edition DVD for this movie.
