I think the makers of The Tourist thought, "People will be so enamored with Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie that we don't have to worry about things like the plot and being interesting" and it shows.
This movie is just bland. It's not really good, but it's not that bad, it's lukewarm. And if you don't see the ending coming from a mile away, you should probably check your pulse - because you're obviously a low-functioning corpse.
