The story, every scene, every shot is about how sexy and glamorous Angelina goes to sexy and glamorous locations just to be sexy and glamorous. I haven't ruled out the possibility that Depp had to be brought out of a coma every day of shooting.
Nothing else would explain his completely sleepy and bored performance.
