Misguided film is just to plain for all the talent involved. It's quite obvious everyone was well paid to enjoy a holiday.

The film is well shot but the story is not worth the time. The film garners some good performances but sadly the twists and turns are very predictable. The story is quite dull and the direction tries to play the film for humour when it should be a little more serious.

Johnny depp is miscast in the lead and gives a bland performance. Jolie is quite solid also in the lead and gives the film some depth. The support are quite good but their roles are severely one note.

The story should of been quite interesting had more focus been done on the plot. The film could of been something more in line with Hitchcock had the filmmakers got behind it a little more. The film has a weird comedic tone which doesn't fit the film.

This could of been a good film instead of the turkey it became. Not worthy of the running time.
