Review of The Titan (2018) by Afzal K — 08 Oct 2018
Whilst the idea of going to Titan, a moon of Saturn is exciting, we do not see that. The year is 2048 and mankind is overpopulating and fighting for Earth's resources. The idea is to mutate humans to populate the harsh environment of Titan.
Straight away the idea came to me, why not populate Mars? It's less harsher than Titan and you only need to change the human genome to exist on a thinner atmosphere to Earth's and survive the Sun's radiation as Mars does not protect you with a ionospehere.
A lot simpler film it would be. But after watching a few minutes when the main actor can survive long periods underwater I though the plot would be a lot simpler for humans to move from land to living in the sea.
The sea cover two thirds of the planet and cities under the sea would open a whole new environment to exploration and resources!
