OMG, this thing is all wrong! The director is Rob Epstein, the narrator is Harvey Fierstein, and Harvey Milk is one hell of a hero, may he rest in peace.
Most definitely one of the most moving documentaries I have ever seen. The archival footage harkens back to a day when there was real passion for causes--in this case gay rights--and when the media was not this sanitized, glitzed out, censored institution that it is today.
