Review of The Time Traveler's Wife (2009) by Jenny N — 11 Nov 2011
It kept to the book as well as it could. I wasn't expecting all 500 glorious pages to be on the big screen. It seems that it mainly focused on the relationship between Claire and Henry, rather than also trailing off to explain who Henry really is.
I give Rachel and Eric the benefit of the doubt for not having chemistry, but they both acted the characters of the book well enough that I give this movie a solid 3 1/2 stars. Well done. From a best-selling fantastic book to a granted "not as good as the book" movie, I think it did a fine job.
