What a timeless (no pun intended) classic! And proof that you can have all the CGI in the world for tens of millions of dollars and it won't matter unless the story is compelling. For a film made half a century ago, it still holds up despite the antiquated stop-motion animation effects because it's just so much fun and entertaining.
