Review of The Tillman Story (2010) by Nicholas W — 07 Feb 2011
It is not as good as John Krakauer's book Where Men Win Glory, which I highly recommend everyone read, but this film nicely fills in some of the gaps of Krakauer's book. Tillman's death, the cover up and propaganda he was used for is just further evidence of the crimes the Bush administration foisted on the American people.
Krajauer's book, which this film is NOT based on goes into much more depth about Tillman's life before joining the army and the type of person he was something this film covers, but only the surface of.
