If you look past the fact that these aren't the real Stooges and it's set in present-day, you'll find this to be the funniest movie you've seen in a long time. Just don't expect an Academy Award winning feature.
"The Three Stooges" isn't nessicarily a "critics pick". Just sit back and enjoy the Stooges' endless, mindless shenanigans.
