Review of The Three Stooges (2012) by Steven R — 13 Oct 2013
Adapting such iconic figures as The Three Stooges was never going to be an easy or enviable task, but to their credit, Peter and Bobby Farrelly deliver a consistently entertaining slapstick comedy. Inevitably silly - though the original shorts (flourished 1930s-40s) never felt that way - there's enough laugh-out-loud moments to carry the film through.
It's also worth nothing that Chris Diamantopoulos, Sean Hayes and Will Sasso undeniably emulate Moe, Larry and Curly to great effect.
