Since its inception, I've stood by the fact that this was a bad idea. modernizing something this old-timey is and always has been (Little Rascals, Leave it to Beaver). However despite not working for the most part, The Farrellys did about the best they possibly could with this and the end result is not nearly as unpleasant as it could and probably should have been.
