Review of The Three Musketeers (2011) by Jessica T — 25 Nov 2012

I was really looking forward to this remake especially when I read the cast, however was disappointed in the presentation. I enjoyed it, but only as a popcorn "I'm bored" flick, and will probably not watch it again.

It was nice to see the cast had fun with it and didn't take the movie too seriously, but you really can't with the corny dialogue. I thought the director was trying too hard by adding some Steampunk elements (which is starting to go mainstream).

I liked the idea, especially the air ships, I just felt like it was out of place and fell short.
