OK yes they did add in flying boats and modern stop and go fighting but believe it or not I found the movie to be fairly entertaining. It was smart to pretty much keep the actual plot mixed in with the other movie versions, although they do change some things and leave room for a sequel.
They pretty much made the Musketeers out to be a mission impossible type team but they kind of come off as that anyway. After viewing this it almost came off as a prequel to the LXG. Overall it wasn't too bad although I do like more traditional versions.
I did not watch this in 3D.
