Review of The Three Faces of Eve (1957) by Frankie A — 27 Jan 2008
The movie doesn't deconstruct the "why?" of the 3 personalities for more than 30 seconds at the end. But, supported by lighting changes and camera work, Woodward establishes each character/personality, and changes them before your eyes.
In a weak year for movies (1956), her winning role as best actress was the only nomination the film received. So it all fits...ok movie... very good acting job.
