This film definitely deserves a watch through by any self identified sci-fi enthusiast. The plot is intriguing and delightfully complex (however, by the end there is a little degeneration into predictable).
The emotional and moral ramifications hit home beautifully and this movie will definitely leave you thinking.
At the same time it can feel a little slow at points (especially at the beginning) but that's just more a sign of the time in which the movie was made than anything else.
