It was entertaining, but the critics have it about right. Accidentally hitting a homeless man changes the perfect date, and makes it an evening to remember. Certainly not the best acting by Ben Affleck and Matt Damon.
In fact, they never appear together on screen. The main characters are Luke Wilson and Denise Richards. Overall it was a pretty weak performance and failed the "Anne" test. I guess it has a happy ending, but I'm not sure why.
Oddly enough the best part of the movie is the music video at the end - during the credits.
