Film noir at it's absolute finest. The Third man is incredibly atmospheric all the way through and it's part to what makes this film a masterpiece. The performances (Orson Welles is simply brilliant), the lighting, the plot and one of the most memorable scores in cinematic history, this film is perfect down to the tee.
This 1949 classic hasn't dated a bit and is just as culturally relevant now as it was then.
