Review of The Third Man (1949) by Tommy H — 29 Mar 2015
I'm the type of film snob who thinks Citizen Kane is overrated and I always go with the "second choice." The Third Man is flawless. I can watch it on repeat and it never gets old, especially how it ends in the typical grim noir fashion that always makes me tempted to press the replay button.
And seeing all the destroyed buildings in Vienna after the war is the perfect setting. I only wish Welles had a little more screen time.
