Review of The Third Man (1949) by Paul E — 17 Feb 2012
A high class thriller filled with suspense. I have to mention the great score played entirely by a zither which sums up the mystery behind the Third Man. Great story filled with twists and an unforgettable chase sequence in the sewers.
Also, it has one of the best introductions the the villain in any film I've seen. Orson Welles and Joseph Cotton were amazing in this film. Another dark story with an interesting ending. Quintessential film noir.
