Review of The Thing (1982) by Brett R — 23 Aug 2013
The slow pacing of this film, and the various slow tracking shots of hallways and rooms make areas seem familiar, so it's all the more intense when shit hits the fan. The character development throughout makes it seem like you know the characters, which is a rarely seen feature in modern horror films.
Constantly tense throughout and never fails to creep me out every time I watch it.
