It surprises me how when this movie came out it got ripped by critic's but it has better critic's senses now. Its an amazing film well made the special effects are amazing for 83 in horror genre.
Love how the movie takes you at it's own pace and delivers in a good timely maner. This should have made carpenter into a well renown director but didn't but he gave us the thing and It's finei it's a masterpiece.
