How can you beat a classic that is a reboot of the original thing which was based off a book called who goes there. But in the original thing, the thing is just a plant monster and it does not assimilate people, oh and there is not as much gore.
Speaking of gore, holy hell the effects are awesome I mean there is no cgi in this movie. If you have seen it then you know that it quite impressive.
