Arguably one of the greatest remakes of all time with some of the most memorable, creative and down-right horrifying creature effects ever put on screen that draws its humor from the chemistry between its likable and well acted characters unlike the now unintentionally hilarious albeit still entertaining original where the humor in turn comes from the ridiculousness of the monster.
