Review of The Thin Red Line (1998) by Alan A — 24 Aug 2014
The titular moment of the, "The Thin Red Line", comes when Woody Harrelson's character accidentally pulls the pin from a grenade still hooked on his backside. He heroically saves his fellow soldiers from the grenade explosion by covering the blast with his rear end.
Unfortunately, his derriere was blown off, and Woody died, bleeding from his ass. Likewise, watching this movie, also made me bleed from my ass. The only difference was that during my affliction, I did not have to directly endure awkwardly played soldiers reciting mundane cliche's at me.
However, I did leave a "thin red line" on my way to the toilet.
