Review of The Thin Red Line (1998) by Peter P — 17 Feb 2015
With a great cast leading the way, this is a good solid war movie, but I saw no beginning and no end to this movie. It simply is a section of time that shows the physical, moral and philosophical aspects of war as seen through the eyes of the characters.
A sobering, thought provoking and even chilling piece of reality that show how war really is and always will be. So for this being an okay film, but for not having high elements of other great war movies ever made, I give "The Thin Red Line" a C.
