Review of The Thin Man (1934) by Robby B — 11 Nov 2007
A fantastic screw-ball comedy, with the brilliant pairing of William Powell and Myrna Loy -- absolute magic on the silver screen. The only reason it didn't win the Academy Award for Best Picture in 1934 was because it had to run up against "It Happened One Night" (I personally like "The Thin Man" quite a bit more).
