Review of The Thin Man (1934) by Michael R — 12 Nov 2007
Like its main character, Nick Charles, The Thin Man is simply charming. A delightful blend of mystery and comedy, the film keep you smiling while all the while wondering. Itâ??s not the sort of who-dunnit where youâ??re apt to put the clues together and discover the murderer yourself but youâ??ll enjoy following alcoholic super-sleuth Nick and his lovely wife Nora as they uncover evidence and throw parties for an outlandish array of characters.
