Review of The Theory of Everything (2014) by Virgonoshaka — 24 Jun 2017
In the interest of fairness, it's always easy to pick on a history or biography film because of inaccuracies that it may have, and in the case of the Theory of Everything, that certainly feels a little bit in some parts, but on the other hand, as an emotional journey into the life of such a brilliant and celebrated person, it is a fascinating study and great inspirational tale for everyone.
With a couple of excellent performances, a superb screenplay and cinematography, and a soundtrack that works very effective with the topic and mood of the film, I can definitely say that this movie really in a brief moment in time pulls your heartstrings quite enough to win you over.
Generally recommended, although be warned that there is not much science explanation nor expect too much detail in the story if you are a big fan of the professor. Final Verdict: 8.
