Review of The Thaw (2009) by Rachel C — 15 May 2010
I tend to grade on a curve when it comes to low budget horror or sci-fi movies that are able to keep special effects within their limits, where the story doesn't suck and the acting is adequate. This one didn't rock my world, but was pretty decent.
I wouldn't pay to rent it, but if you catch it for free, it might be worth your time.
