Very bland boring and slow. Not a whole lot of suspense, horror or gore. The vomit scenes were kind of disgusting and I really liked the role that Val Kilmer played even though he had very little screen time.
But this movie is so predictable. I've seen many movies like this except that this wasn't as good.
