Has a nightmarish, foreboding atmosphere and a few admittedly effective jump scenes. But it's not at all fun to watch the unimaginable levels of pain and torture inflicted on the cast. Few movies have made me literally nauseous, but few films are this ugly and unpleasant to watch.
